Where we cannot accommodate you on your chosen excursion we will always try and find an acceptable alternative.

We also ask that you try and book at least 48-72 hours in advance. However, we appreciate that your holiday is your main concern and this may not always be possible. For this reason if we are unable to get you the excursion you want or find an acceptable alternative we are happy to refund you.

Where an excursion has been confirmed we will need at least 7 days notice in order to issue a full refund and in some exceptional cases we may not be able to issue a full refund as places have already been reserved and cannot be resold.
