We're happy to cancel any excursion booked providing we have enough notice.
In some cases it's possible that we cannot cancel (as services have already been paid for) or that we can only provide a partial refund. We look at each case individually and will do our absolute level best to ensure you get the best vacation experience possible.
The deadline for cancellations is 48 hours before booking to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the excursion departure we may not be able to issue a full refund.
